I cannot express how happy I am with how everyone went out of their way to make sure my 2 littles were happy, not scared, and excited to get their haircuts! I was so impressed that my older daughter and I had ours cut too! The cuts were perfect and exactly what we asked for! We will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience! I took my son today for a haircut and he usually cries and doesn’t like getting his hair cut, but the staff was incredibly patient and kind. Nana K entertained him while the stylist worked, and she also played with my daughter while we waited. They took us without an appointment and still gave us excellent service. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and my son’s haircut turned out beautiful. I truly loved this place and highly recommend it for kids!✅✅✅

My daughter got her first haircut today at Pigtails & Crewcuts, and we had such a wonderful experience! I made the appointment online and it was super simple. We were greeted immediately when we arrived, and the salon was very clean with great vibes. Ms. Taylor cut my daughter’s hair and did exactly what I asked for—she was so kind and patient. Since this was my daughter’s first haircut, she told me all about the first haircut package, which made it feel extra special. They styled her hair in a braid with cute little clips, and everyone was so friendly. My daughter got a lollipop, they took her picture, saved a lock of her hair, and we received a certificate and a keychain with her photo. Such a special memory! We will definitely be back and are honestly sad we didn’t find this place sooner. Prices are very reasonable for the experience and everything you get. They also have lots of fun toys and hair accessories for kids. Highly recommend! 💕✂️

So my son is 5 & been to many places and his dad usually takes him. I’ve took my son to the mall which do good but I never feel comfortable being a female. I googled $ found this place. I called to see if they took walk-ins, & was told told no I had to book online. At first I was aggravated being that he needed a cut asap. But when I went online I was so HAPPY & Grateful to see they had many appointments the same day! I made an appointment and I could have paid online or in person. We walked in and told them it was our 1st time. This lady told my son to pick a car and she helped him in. I was happy that she knew what I wanted done to his hair. I sat and waited. It was the FASTEST haircut he’d ever had. My son normally falls Asleep in the barbers chair Because it takes so long. Even my son said It was so fast!!! And she did a perfect job!! she was absolutely good with my son and very genuine. I’m so mad that I forgot to get her name because I will definitely be back. She was the black lady with a long black hair.
